Heart2Heal is a faith-based clinic that’s scope of treatment is based on a Biblical Worldview. H2H does not exclude any member of the community from becoming a member based on their personal beliefs. We aim to be transparent about who we are and our approach to health and medicine.
To schedule an appointment with our partnering providers, you must sign our Membership Agreement annually. Prospective members can read the agreement here prior to deciding to enroll.

A member of our team will reach out with instructions on setting up your patient portal before scheduling urgent or preventative care appointments. Patient portal accounts must be set up before an appointment can be scheduled.
